Teaching Case 5: Severe Nasal Mucosal Edema of Allergic Rhinitis

At the height of the spring pollen season some patients have marked edema and yellow spots on the middle turbinates.  This looks exactly like the eosinophils seen in eosonophilic esophagitis.
